About the Role
Allstar Services is growing across the Carolinas and is looking for a hands-on Roofing Field Superintendent to lead high-volume residential roofing installations. In this role, you’ll manage crews, uphold quality standards, and keep projects progressing on schedule across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned territories in the Carolinas
- Manage roofing crews and subcontractors while coordinating multiple jobs at once
- Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local code requirements, and company standards
- Perform jobsite inspections and address issues in real time, including materials, workmanship, and scope changes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to support smooth job execution
Requirements
- Proven experience leading residential roofing installations
- Ability to manage crews and hold teams accountable to quality and timelines
- Strong knowledge of roofing installation standards, workmanship expectations, and compliance requirements
- Experience inspecting job sites and resolving issues as they arise
- Safety-first mindset and strong jobsite leadership
