About the Role
Monster Energy is looking for a Consumer Engagement Ambassador to help bring our brand to life at events and in the community. If you’re energized by face-to-face interaction, love creating moments that get people talking, and enjoy representing a high-impact brand, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Support consumer engagement initiatives through event and pop-up activations
- Drive product trial and spark conversations with new and existing fans
- Help execute street-level retail and on-site brand presence where it matters
- Represent Monster Energy with an authentic, energetic, and customer-focused presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure activations run smoothly and on schedule
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with people
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow activation guidelines
- Positive attitude and a passion for brand storytelling
