About the Role
Holder Construction is seeking a Copilot Studio Agent Developer & Enablement Engineer to help design, build, and enable AI-powered agents that support business teams. In this role, you’ll work to translate needs into practical solutions, improve agent performance, and help users get the most value from Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents, including knowledge sources and conversation flows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases, define requirements, and refine outcomes
- Create and maintain enablement materials so teams can effectively use deployed agents
- Test agent behavior, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve responses and reliability
- Document agent configurations and support change management as capabilities evolve
Requirements
- Experience building conversational or AI-assisted solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of agent design, prompts, and knowledge/content integration
- Ability to troubleshoot, validate results, and iterate based on feedback
- Clear communication skills for partnering with non-technical stakeholders
