Responsibilities
- Support mergers and acquisitions by building financial models and performing valuation analyses
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform investment theses and deal strategy
- Assist with due diligence by organizing findings and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive deal-related workstreams
- Prepare materials for leadership review, including executive summaries and decision support
Requirements
- Experience in corporate development, investment banking, or a closely related M&A role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Comfort working with complex datasets and producing executive-ready outputs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
