About the Role
Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) is seeking a Creative & Brand Lead to help shape how our mission shows up in the world. You’ll work with a collaborative, mission-driven team supporting flagship nonprofit organizations, including Biohub and Learning Commons.
In this role, you’ll connect creative strategy with brand execution—helping translate bold ideas into clear, compelling experiences that support scientific and educational impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative and brand strategy to strengthen CZI’s presence across key programs and audiences
- Partner cross-functionally to develop messaging, design direction, and brand-consistent assets
- Oversee creative development from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and alignment
- Support launches and campaigns that communicate progress and drive engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand integrity across channels
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative and brand initiatives (agency or in-house)
- Strong storytelling and design sensibility with the ability to translate strategy into assets
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, mission-aligned approach to work
