About the Role
JTS Growth is hiring a Creative Strategist to help shape TikTok Shop creative that drives performance and brand lift. This is a full-time remote role with an ASAP start, working closely with the creative and growth teams to turn insights into scroll-stopping content.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for TikTok Shop campaigns based on audience, trends, and performance data
- Collaborate with content creators and producers to plan concepts, scripts, and creative direction
- Identify what resonates with viewers and translate learnings into future content
- Support campaign iteration by reviewing results and recommending improvements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative aligns with brand goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in creative strategy, content planning, or campaign ideation
- Strong understanding of TikTok content formats and what drives engagement
- Ability to work with data and use insights to refine creative direction
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
- Availability to start ASAP
