About the Role
IHC Agency is seeking a Vice President of Account Management to lead and scale its largest client portfolio across the health, wellness, and beauty verticals. In this senior leadership role, you’ll set strategic direction, strengthen executive relationships, and guide teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own executive-level relationships with key clients and ensure long-term success
- Set account strategy and translate client goals into clear plans and measurable outcomes
- Lead and scale a major client portfolio within health, wellness, and beauty
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration across social, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand strategy
- Ensure high-quality delivery, proactive communication, and strong client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities, refine processes, and support team development
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and client leadership, ideally at an agency or consultancy
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client portfolios
- Executive communication skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships
- Experience working with health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred
