About the Role
Joko is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own lifecycle programs that turn new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV users. You’ll design and run the CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email, from onboarding through reactivation of dormant users. You’ll join the Growth team and partner closely with Product, Data, and Brand.
Responsibilities
- Design onboarding journeys with the right messaging, timing, and triggers to drive activation
- Build retention and referral programs that increase usage among power users and improve long-term loyalty
- Create cross-channel lifecycle journeys that deliver the right offer to the right user at the right time
- Run continuous experimentation, including hypothesis-driven A/B testing and iterative improvements
- Use AI to automate CRM operations (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and accelerate personalization and testing
- Collaborate with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM amplifies company-wide growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally for a high-growth mobile or consumer app
- Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar
- Strong knowledge of deliverability, segmentation logic, template design, and campaign orchestration
- Data-driven mindset with comfort reading funnels, cohorts, and A/B test results
- Proven experimentation experience, with tests designed to learn—not just optimize
- Curiosity and practical experience applying AI to marketing workflows
- Native-level French and fluent English (internal working language)
