About the Role
LCPtracker is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support our customers as they use our cloud-based SaaS for labor compliance on public works construction projects. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to help clients achieve successful outcomes while meeting Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage compliance needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to coordinate customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Help customers navigate certified payroll and construction site compliance workflows
- Support issue resolution by gathering details, triaging requests, and coordinating next steps
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications
- Assist with customer success initiatives that improve retention and product adoption
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Customer-focused mindset and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of SaaS support concepts and customer lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
