About the Role
Join CFC’s growing US Admitted Claims team and support a high-quality claims experience for policyholders and brokers. As a Cyber Claims Specialist, you’ll manage cyber losses from first notice through resolution while working closely with CFC’s Global Claims and Incident Response team.
Responsibilities
- Handle a range of cyber claims on behalf of CFC, from first notification of loss through outcome management
- Coordinate responses with internal teams including Underwriting, Finance, IT, and Products
- Partner with external vendors such as forensic experts, legal counsel, and PR resources to support an effective incident response
- Ensure claim handling aligns with applicable legal, state, and statutory requirements
- Deliver cost-effective outcomes without compromising service quality to insureds
Requirements
- Experience in claims handling with a strong interest in cyber insurance and cyber incident management
- Ability to manage multiple claims and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to compliance and documentation throughout the claims lifecycle
- Effective communication skills for working with insureds, brokers, and service providers
