About the Role
Join Amex Tech to help design and deliver agentic AI and automation capabilities that strengthen cybersecurity compliance, audit readiness, ServiceNow CMDB data quality, and enterprise asset governance.
In this role, you’ll apply Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent workflows to automate security and compliance activities, improve asset classification, reconcile inventory data, and support continuous governance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support agentic AI and automation solutions for cybersecurity and compliance workflows
- Use LLMs and RAG approaches to streamline security/compliance responses and reduce manual effort
- Improve ServiceNow CMDB data quality through better reconciliation, validation, and governance processes
- Enhance enterprise asset governance, including classification and inventory alignment
- Collaborate with engineering and security stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and operational support needs
Requirements
- Experience building security automation or compliance tooling in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, including RAG concepts and agent workflow patterns
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance, audit readiness, and governance practices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and asset/inventory data management concepts
- Proven ability to design reliable systems and provide ongoing support in production
