About the Role
Eptura is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to help build and improve our enterprise reporting ecosystem. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Customer Experience, Support, Revenue Operations, and Finance to turn business questions into dependable data models, dashboards, and insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting structures, data models, and analytics outputs
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear data requirements and actionable dashboard experiences
- Build and optimize SQL-based queries, transformations, and data logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with business processes
- Support ongoing improvements to data quality, reliability, and usability of enterprise reports
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
- Experience with data modeling and building analytics/dashboard-ready datasets
- Solid analytical thinking and comfort working through ambiguous business questions
- Ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly
- Background in enterprise reporting or data operations is preferred
