Responsibilities
- Lead analysis efforts to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities across key business areas
- Build and maintain reporting and analytical models that stakeholders can trust
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, measure outcomes, and support decision-making
- Communicate findings clearly through dashboards, presentations, and documentation
- Identify data quality issues and improve the reliability of data pipelines and datasets
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role), with increasing ownership and leadership
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and measurable results
- Comfort collaborating across teams and presenting insights to non-technical partners
