About the Role
Join Minitab to support and continuously improve the company’s global Information Security Management System (ISMS). You’ll help drive the end-to-end lifecycle of an ISO 27001-certified program, strengthening security governance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support information security programs, policies, and day-to-day practices to maintain ISO 27001 compliance
- Ensure security governance stays aligned with privacy, legal, HR, operational, and reporting requirements
- Oversee corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate audit activities and help manage compliance responsibilities
- Support third-party risk management and contribute to incident response and business continuity efforts
- Partner cross-functionally to embed security governance into business operations and organizational goals
Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting an ISO 27001 ISMS (program lifecycle, audits, and continuous improvement)
- Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management, and compliance oversight
- Ability to coordinate with legal, privacy, HR, operations, and other stakeholders
- Experience supporting third-party risk processes, incident response, and business continuity planning
