About the Role
Paperless Parts is a SaaS startup that helps manufacturers quote faster and win more work. As our Director of IT & Security, you’ll lead the intersection of corporate IT, engineering enablement, and enterprise security. You’ll report directly to our CISO and work closely with the teams who rely on both productivity and strong security practices.
This full-time role is based in Boston, MA and requires on-site presence, with a hybrid schedule as needed.
This position involves activities subject to US Export Control Laws and requires US citizenship or a Green Card.
Responsibilities
- Own corporate IT and infrastructure, ensuring reliable systems for internal teams
- Partner with engineering enablement to support developer and operational workflows
- Strengthen enterprise security posture in collaboration with the CISO
- Coordinate security-focused IT practices across endpoints, access, and internal systems
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency, documentation, and governance
Requirements
- US citizenship or Green Card holder (required due to US Export Control Laws)
- Experience leading IT and security initiatives in an enterprise or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals and how they apply to corporate IT
- Ability to work on-site in Boston with hybrid flexibility as needed
