About the Role

As the da Vinci Gynecology Specialty Sales Manager, you’ll help accelerate the identification and adoption of new gynecology procedures using da Vinci surgical technology. Working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams in Clinical Sales and Capital Sales, you’ll support go-to-market efforts alongside marketing and Market Access.

This is a senior, territory-focused role designed for an experienced sales professional who will identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to expand early-stage adoption and help drive long-term growth across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to introduce and expand da Vinci system usage within gynecology specialties.
  • Develop and cultivate Key Opinion Leaders to support procedural adoption and clinical advocacy.
  • Partner with local sales representatives to coach, counsel, and train them on selling to specialists within assigned hospital accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Sales, Capital Sales, Marketing, and Market Access) to align strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of targeted procedures that support future growth for Intuitive across the territory.

Requirements

  • Proven success in specialty or consultative medical device sales, with experience influencing clinical decision-makers.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, including the ability to train and enable sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with KOLs and healthcare providers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and managing priorities across multiple accounts.
  • Territory experience and the ability to travel as needed to support assigned hospital accounts.
