About the Role
Buildkite is looking for a Data Analyst to help turn critical business questions into clear insights. This is a 100% remote position available anywhere on the West Coast of the U.S., up to and including Mountain Time.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales leadership to support smarter decisions and influence growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product, marketing, and sales data to answer growth-focused questions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that stakeholders can rely on
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve performance
- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics and measure outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role
- Strong skills in data analysis and SQL
- Experience creating dashboards and communicating insights clearly
- Comfort working across teams and translating data into product and business decisions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
