About the Role
We’re seeking a Data Center Operations Lead to own day-to-day operations for mission-critical compute environments supporting advanced data processing and AI workloads. This onsite role is responsible for ensuring reliability across power, cooling, networking, and rack-level systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational readiness for the data center, ensuring systems are stable and performing as expected
- Coordinate facility, vendor, and internal activities to support uptime and continuous operations
- Lead incident response during critical infrastructure events, including occasional after-hours or weekend coverage
- Oversee rack-level operations and collaborate on troubleshooting across power, cooling, and network components
- Support planning and execution of operational improvements as the environment scales
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating or supporting data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, and rack-level systems)
- Strong incident response and troubleshooting skills in high-density computing environments
- Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable coverage for critical events
- Experience coordinating with vendors and facilities teams
