About the Role

Scout Motors is building the next chapter of an iconic American legacy—combining electrification, digitization, and American innovation. As a Manager for the Pilot Hall (Battery), you’ll help lead hands-on efforts that support the development and readiness of battery-related systems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities in the Pilot Hall to support battery development, testing, and readiness
  • Lead and support team execution to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Maintain strong documentation and process discipline for pilot and battery-related activities
  • Support continuous improvement across operations, quality, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience managing teams or leading operational activities in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of battery or energy-related systems (or closely related hardware experience)
  • Ability to work effectively in a hands-on setting and drive outcomes through others
  • Commitment to safety, quality standards, and reliable execution
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
