About the Role
Continental Finance Company (CFC) is a fast-growing fintech focused on credit card options for consumers with less-than-perfect credit. We’re looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our Technology team and help turn data into clear, actionable insights across key business areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making
- Create and refine data pipelines and operational reporting processes, including campaign and outbound communication reporting
- Build insights for teams across operations, marketing, collections, and customer journey initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and usability
- Support data exchange and integration activities with banking and credit card partners
Requirements
- Experience building reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Tableau, and SQL
- Proficiency with SQL Server and related data technologies
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and actionable outcomes
- Ability to translate business requirements into reliable reporting and dashboard experiences
- Comfort working with operational datasets and supporting cross-functional teams
