About the Role
We are seeking a Level 2 Database Administrator to support mission-critical operations in a federal environment. Due to contract requirements, this role requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph. The selected candidate will provide database administration support and may be required to be on call for system operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support database systems including Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase
- Maintain database performance, availability, and operational readiness
- Provide on-call support to assist with system operations as needed
- Support programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph (polygraph must be within the last five years)
- 10 years of experience as a DBA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- May substitute 4 years of additional relevant experience for the bachelor’s degree requirement
