About the Role
Roku is transforming how people watch TV, and the Live Operations team helps ensure premium streaming experiences run smoothly. As a Live Operations Associate on our Premium Subscriptions team, you’ll support day-to-day operations that help connect viewers with the content and services they expect.
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and monitor live operations for premium subscription experiences
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimize viewer impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve operational workflows
- Assist with reporting and operational follow-ups to keep systems on track
Requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented approach to monitoring, documentation, and follow-through
