About the Role
High Tech Middle Chula Vista is seeking a School Dean for the 2026–2027 school year. Reporting to the School Director, this is a full-time, exempt, 220-day leadership role within a public charter environment committed to student success and strong school culture.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day school operations and student-focused programs
- Partner with the School Director to maintain effective systems and routines
- Contribute to a positive, high-expectations learning environment
- Assist with staff collaboration and school-wide priorities
- Help ensure policies and procedures are implemented consistently
Requirements
- Leadership experience in an education setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students and staff with professionalism and care
- Commitment to continuous improvement in a school community
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $86,750.40 to $124,703.70 (commensurate with experience and education)
- 220-day, full-time exempt position
