About the Role
Ford’s Enterprise Technology team is seeking a Product Security Operations Center (PSOC) leader to oversee operational monitoring and incident response across connected vehicle and cloud environments. In this role, you’ll help safeguard next-generation mobility experiences by guiding a specialized team of cybersecurity professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day PSOC operations, including alert triage, investigation, and escalation for connected vehicle and cloud systems
- Oversee incident response activities and coordinate response efforts across relevant stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Security Operations Center cybersecurity analysts
- Drive continuous improvement of monitoring coverage, detection quality, and operational workflows
- Ensure effective communication during incidents, including status updates and post-incident learning
- Support threat detection and response processes aligned to enterprise security objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in security operations, incident response, or SOC leadership
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity monitoring, alert triage, and investigation workflows
- Strong understanding of connected vehicle and/or cloud security concepts
- Ability to lead teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
