About the Role
Northmarq is seeking a Debt + Equity Producer to join our growth-focused team in our Seattle, WA office. In this role, you’ll help drive new business by connecting commercial real estate investors with the right financing and capital solutions across debt, equity, and related services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships to originate and grow debt and equity opportunities
- Collaborate with internal experts to support deal strategy and execution
- Identify new business prospects and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Represent Northmarq professionally throughout the sales and production process
Requirements
- Proven interest and/or experience in commercial real estate capital markets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to proactively generate opportunities and progress deals through production
- Comfort working in a high-growth, team-oriented environment
