About the Role

Procare Solutions is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll plan, launch, and optimize demand-focused campaigns, manage nurture programs, and build reporting workflows that help us understand what’s working and what to improve.

Responsibilities

• Build and run demand generation campaigns across relevant channels
• Design and manage lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel
• Create and maintain reporting workflows to track performance and insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with growth goals
• Continuously optimize campaign performance based on data and learnings

Requirements

• Experience supporting demand generation or growth marketing initiatives
• Comfort working with reporting and performance metrics
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
