About the Role
Link Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Senior Solutions Architect to support the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Information Technology Modernization and Support Services program in Adelphi, MD. You will serve as the principal technical advisor to the Program Manager and Government leadership, providing strategic oversight and technical leadership for enterprise IT modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise architecture and technical direction for IT operations, infrastructure modernization, and modernization roadmaps
- Lead initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments, cybersecurity, networking, and automation
- Oversee ServiceNow implementation and support, including workflow and service management improvements
- Drive endpoint management and research computing initiatives that directly support ARL mission needs
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure technical plans align with program objectives, schedules, and performance requirements
- Act as a senior hands-on advisor, translating technical strategy into actionable engineering execution
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance
- IAT Level II certification equivalent or higher
- Senior-level experience as an enterprise architect, chief engineer, or IT modernization leader
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation in complex environments
- On-site, non-remote role in Adelphi, MD (relocation assistance available)
