About the Role
Link Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Senior Solutions Architect to support the Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Information Technology Modernization and Support Services program in Adelphi, Maryland. You will serve as the principal technical advisor to the Program Manager and Government leadership, providing strategic oversight and hands-on technical leadership across enterprise IT modernization.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and strategic guidance across enterprise IT operations and modernization efforts
- Lead architecture and engineering activities for infrastructure modernization, including cloud and hybrid environments
- Oversee cybersecurity, networking, and automation initiatives to improve resilience and performance
- Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities and endpoint management solutions
- Support research computing initiatives aligned to ARL’s mission and operational needs
- Partner with program and government stakeholders to ensure delivery of technical objectives and outcomes
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance
- IAT Level II certification equivalent or higher
- Senior-level experience as an enterprise architect, chief engineer, or IT modernization leader
- Hands-on experience leading large-scale transformation in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to work onsite in Adelphi, MD (non-remote); relocation assistance may be available
