About the Role
Join our team to support the rollout of an ambulatory healthcare facility by staging, deploying, and troubleshooting endpoint devices for clinicians and business users. You’ll help ensure every workstation is ready for go-live and that users have a smooth start.
Responsibilities
- Unbox, stage, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other endpoint devices
- Configure Windows 11 systems and confirm devices are deployment-ready prior to launch
- Complete workstation setups including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, cable management, and connectivity validation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during deployment and provide break/fix support as needed
- Support inventory tracking, asset management, device verification, and equipment auditing throughout the project
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and business users to confirm workstation readiness
- Document deployment activities and escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams
- Provide go-live support and post-deployment assistance to ensure successful adoption
Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows-based endpoint devices
- Ability to configure and image devices for enterprise deployments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software issues
- Experience setting up monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and validating connectivity
- Comfort working with IT documentation and asset/inventory tracking processes
