About the Role
Guild is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team. In this role, you’ll help drive a high-performance culture while owning key areas of our engineering infrastructure, including cloud operations, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the DevOps team to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery speed
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and operational practices
- Manage and evolve automation frameworks to streamline engineering workflows
- Own CI/CD pipeline strategy, quality, and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver platform capabilities
- Set clear goals, coach team members, and reinforce Guild’s people manager expectations
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams in DevOps or platform environments
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and operational excellence
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline tooling
- Proven ability to drive automation and improve deployment workflows
- Experience working with platform services and reliability-focused engineering
