About the Role
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Director, Chief Information Security Architect to proactively define, guide, and govern our enterprise information security architecture. This role partners closely with clinical, business, and IT leaders, as well as product managers and delivery teams, to ensure security is built into transformation and optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise security architecture strategy, standards, and governance across the organization
- Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders to embed security into business and technology initiatives
- Partner with product leaders and distributed delivery teams to integrate security requirements into product development
- Define holistic security direction that supports transformation, modernization, and risk reduction
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise information security architecture and governance
- Strong ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams (clinical, business, product, IT)
- Experience integrating security into large-scale transformation or optimization programs
- Ability to influence and guide security practices across distributed teams
