About the Role
Spyre Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Clinical Scientist to help design, execute, and interpret clinical trials supporting our next-generation antibody therapies for immunology-related diseases. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to advance programs with strong study design, reliable data, and efficient decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead scientific planning for clinical studies in rheumatic and/or other immune-mediated (I&I) indications
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Translational Science, and Biomarkers to ensure study execution aligns with development goals
- Contribute to protocol development, endpoints strategy, and interpretation of clinical results
- Support high-quality data generation and help drive program progression through evidence-based recommendations
- Serve as a scientific and operational bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Experience designing and interpreting clinical trials in immunology and/or related therapeutic areas
- Strong scientific judgment and ability to translate clinical findings into development insights
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills across clinical, regulatory, and translational teams
- Operational understanding of clinical development to support efficient study execution
