- Use customer insights and performance data to optimize programs and improve results over time
- Champion a customer-first mindset across initiatives, ensuring strategies are empathetic and actionable
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in customer marketing or related customer lifecycle roles
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into effective campaigns and adoption strategies
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive shared goals
