About the Role

As Director, Managed Accounts within Customer Success, you will help ensure Procare’s largest customers achieve maximum value from their Procare investment. You’ll lead initiatives that strengthen account performance, improve customer outcomes, and deepen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own success strategy for top-tier managed accounts to drive retention, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customers receive the right resources, support, and implementation guidance.
  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve usage, satisfaction, and value realization.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customer goals and Procare product capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional communication to resolve risks, escalate issues, and maintain strong executive relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client leadership, ideally with enterprise or high-touch accounts.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable success plans and measurable results.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing teams and influencing stakeholders across functions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal partners.
