About the Role
Chime is looking for a strategic, data-driven Director to lead our TV and Offline marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll evolve our TV & Offline function into a true media investment and planning engine that supports measurable, efficient growth.
You’ll be the single-threaded owner for translating MMM insights, incrementality testing, and business goals into clear budget allocation and media mix decisions across TV, audio, direct mail, and related channels—working closely with channel leads, Analytics, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive Chime’s TV & Offline marketing strategy across Brand and Growth objectives
- Own cross-channel media strategy and investment planning, including budget allocation and mix decisions
- Translate MMM, incrementality, and performance insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including the TV/Audio lead and an Offline Planner
- Partner with external agencies and measurement partners to ensure high-quality planning and evaluation
- Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, analytics, and finance to align on goals and tradeoffs
Requirements
- Proven experience leading media strategy and investment planning for TV and/or offline channels
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort working with MMM, incrementality, and measurement frameworks
- Track record of building cross-functional partnerships with Analytics and Finance
- Experience managing agencies and measurement partners
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring marketing professionals
