About the Role
Verisign is seeking a Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise IAM program. In this role, you will own the roadmap and operational effectiveness for identity capabilities that protect access across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Set the IAM engineering strategy and drive delivery of identity services across the organization
- Own operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and engineering execution for enterprise IAM
- Lead initiatives for Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and access management
- Drive implementation and enhancement of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and related identity services
- Manage engineering outcomes spanning platforms, processes, and operational support
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in enterprise identity and access management engineering
- Strong background with PAM, IGA, access management, and MFA capabilities
- Experience supporting identity services across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments
- Track record of building roadmaps, improving operational effectiveness, and delivering complex programs
