About the Role
Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Director of Integrative Clinical and Court Services to provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for clinical programming and court-involved patient services. You will help ensure that behavioral health services are trauma-informed, legally compliant, and coordinated across clinical teams, legal partners, and community resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical programming for court-involved patients, including Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) processes and related workflows
- Oversee forensic evaluations and ensure clinical services meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with legal partners to support timely, accurate, and well-documented care
- Implement and improve integrated practices that align therapeutic programming with court-mandated needs
- Provide operational oversight for cross-functional teams and ensure consistent quality of care
- Drive initiatives that strengthen collaboration between clinical, legal, and community stakeholders
Requirements
- Leadership experience in behavioral health, clinical services, or a related healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of court-involved or legally governed healthcare processes (e.g., ITA)
- Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases with a trauma-informed approach
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with external partners
- Experience ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and documentation standards
