Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization’s IT strategy, operations, and technology roadmap
- Oversee infrastructure, security, and systems reliability across business-critical platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth, integrations, and scalable technology delivery
- Manage IT vendors and budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
- Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience leading IT functions, with responsibility for infrastructure and enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and risk management
- Experience supporting cloud and modern SaaS/enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage projects, and deliver measurable improvements
