About the Role
We’re seeking a Director of IT (Technology & Innovation) to connect reliable infrastructure with customer-focused service delivery. You’ll lead the secure operation of core systems while also partnering with business leaders to shape our Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
Responsibilities
- Ensure ERP capabilities run securely and accurately, including accounting, dispatch, work order lifecycle, AR/AP, and reporting.
- Align system access with HR onboarding and clearance workflows to support proper authorization.
- Protect recruitment, screening, and employment governance systems.
- Oversee departmental systems across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Human Resources within documented authority boundaries.
- Maintain financial measurement standards and preserve internal control integrity.
- Support field operations by keeping technology and connectivity dependable for technicians.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing IT infrastructure and business-critical applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (e.g., AR/AP, reporting, work order workflows).
- Experience implementing access controls and governance aligned with HR processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support operations, finance, sales, and HR needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to security, accuracy, and internal controls.
