About the Role
Microsoft Advertising (MSA) is looking for a Director of Launch Operations to join the Global Sales Strategy and Enablement organization. In this role, you’ll help drive MSA’s transformation by connecting strategy, enablement, and execution to improve performance today while building capabilities for what’s next.
Responsibilities
- Lead launch operations planning and execution across sales and advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launches are delivered on time, with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Translate strategy into operational plans, tools, and enablement that help teams execute effectively.
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to increase launch quality and speed.
- Partner with leadership to track key metrics and continuously refine operational approaches.
Requirements
- Experience leading operational programs in a sales, marketing, or digital advertising environment.
- Strong project/program management skills with a track record of delivering complex launches.
- Ability to align strategy with execution through structured planning and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset for measuring performance and improving workflows.
