About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Legal Operations to strengthen the Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to help manage complex legal and regulatory requirements while supporting innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams by translating legal needs into practical, scalable operating processes
- Coordinate legal operations activities across the company, with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Help the team navigate legal and government affairs matters in a solutions-oriented manner
- Identify process improvements and implement changes that reduce friction and improve turnaround times
Requirements
- Strong experience in legal operations, legal project management, or a closely related function
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across business teams
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving legal and regulatory demands
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
