About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of luxury hospitality and dining concepts across multiple international markets. This is a strategic leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and consistently exceptional guest experiences. Relocation to Dubai, UAE is required, with company support provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic operational leadership across luxury venues to ensure brand consistency and performance.
- Drive business results through strong financial management, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
- Develop, mentor, and empower senior operational leaders and high-performing teams.
- Maintain world-class guest experience standards across all locations.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability through continuous optimization.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement plans to meet business goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to support growth initiatives and future expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong background overseeing high-end dining concepts or similarly premium hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams to deliver excellence.
- Commercial mindset with solid financial acumen, including budget ownership and operational performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational standards.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE (relocation support provided).
