About the Role
We’re seeking a senior Director of Operations to lead day-to-day performance and operational excellence across our Plaintiff Personal Injury departments. In this 100% onsite role in Miami Lakes, Florida, you’ll oversee Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions, aligning teams, managers, and processes to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions
- Oversee multiple department managers and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational consistency
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI management, process optimization, and performance accountability
- Ensure teams meet key business objectives related to productivity, quality, and throughput
- Develop and support leaders through coaching, goal setting, and structured performance management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience within a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm
- Proven track record improving productivity using KPIs and operational metrics
- Strong process improvement mindset with experience optimizing workflows and systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage managers and large teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on accountability
