About the Role
We are seeking a senior Director of Operations to lead operational excellence across our Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. You will oversee performance, continuous improvement, and consistent execution across Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions—driving measurable results through KPIs, process improvement, and team development.
This is a 100% onsite leadership position in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations for Senior Case Management (Production), Medical Management, and Reductions
- Lead and coach multiple department managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Own KPI performance and use data to improve productivity, quality, and throughput
- Identify operational gaps and implement process optimizations to increase efficiency
- Support people development through training, performance management, and clear operating standards
- Ensure operational consistency across departments to meet key business objectives
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience within a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm
- Proven ability to improve productivity using KPI management and operational metrics
- Strong operational mindset with experience in process optimization
- Demonstrated success leading managers and large cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced legal environment
