SpaceXAI’s Money is looking for a Dispute Analyst to support our Risk Operations team by investigating and resolving customer disputes. In this hands-on, high-ownership environment, you’ll help protect customer experience while contributing directly to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer disputes and gather relevant information to determine appropriate outcomes
- Review transaction details and supporting documentation to assess case merit
- Work cross-functionally to drive timely resolution and reduce repeat issues
- Maintain clear, accurate case notes so decisions are easy to understand and reproduce
- Communicate findings concisely with teammates and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to clarity and accuracy
- Comfort working with details, patterns, and ambiguity during investigations
- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
