About the Role
We are seeking a consultant to support the development of a Strategy for Social and Behavior Change (SBC) for an Early Childhood Programme, with a focus on programme effectiveness. This role is based in Quito, Ecuador, with remote work available for the duration of the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and refinement of the Early Childhood SBC strategy
- Support analysis and evidence review to strengthen programme effectiveness
- Assist with planning, documentation, and coordination of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme goals
Requirements
- Experience supporting SBC (Social and Behavior Change) initiatives, particularly in early childhood or related social development contexts
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize evidence to inform strategy and effectiveness
- Strong communication skills and capability to produce clear written outputs
- Availability to complete the assignment over a 7-month contract period
