About the Role

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to oversee electrical energization and commissioning activities. You’ll help ensure systems are tested, verified, and ready to operate safely while supporting a small, high-expectation engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical commissioning activities, including energization planning, execution, and documentation
  • Coordinate testing and verification of electrical systems to confirm performance and safety requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve issues during commissioning and handoff
  • Maintain clear, accurate communication across the team, including concise technical updates
  • Drive engineering excellence through disciplined prioritization and a hands-on approach

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading electrical commissioning and energization efforts
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, testing methods, and commissioning documentation
  • Ability to troubleshoot and guide corrective actions during commissioning
  • Excellent communication skills for sharing knowledge and status updates
  • Comfort working in a small, fast-moving environment with high ownership
