About the Role
Join our team as an Electrical Construction Project Manager and lead small to medium electrical construction projects across commercial, healthcare, data center, and light industrial markets in the Greater Twin Cities area. You’ll oversee planning, administration, purchasing, engineering coordination, and installation execution while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring contractual requirements and compliance are met
- Direct and supervise project teams to deliver quality workmanship and safe, reliable outcomes
- Coordinate purchasing, engineering support, and field installation activities to keep projects on track
- Monitor project performance with a focus on cost efficiency and economic results
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and trust
Requirements
- Experience managing electrical construction projects (commercial, healthcare, data center, or similar environments)
- Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams and client expectations
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contract compliance in a fast-paced setting
