About the Role
Ford Racing—Road Car Team is looking for an Electrical Systems Engineer to support product development efforts that push performance and innovation forward. You’ll help translate engineering concepts into reliable electrical system solutions for high-performance vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support electrical system components for racing and road-car applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrification and performance requirements
- Apply engineering best practices to validate and troubleshoot electrical system performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and documentation
Requirements
- Experience working with vehicle electrical systems and related subsystems
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and system-level integration
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and stakeholders across disciplines
- Hands-on problem-solving skills for testing, diagnostics, and issue resolution
