About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Solutions Engineer to support electrical power distribution equipment for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. In this direct-hire role in Columbus, OH, you’ll partner with customers and internal teams to design engineered solutions, create technical documentation, and provide guidance from project planning through installation and startup.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop application solutions aligned to customer and project requirements
- Build technical proposals and engineering submittals for assigned projects
- Support project execution by providing technical guidance during planning, installation, and startup
- Assist with customer-facing technical discussions to clarify scope, requirements, and solution fit
Requirements
- Experience supporting electrical power systems in customer-facing or project-based environments
- Strong understanding of electrical power distribution equipment and system behavior
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
